- Hold budget discussions with a budget assistance sheet.

- Assistance with venue selection and booking, entertainment, vendor contracts, etc. 

- Assistance with selecting vendors for decorations, food, sound and lighting.

- Facilitate the delivery of goods by the contracted vendors. 

- Provide calls, texts and emails throughout the planning process. 

- Assist with wedding related errands (Up to 4 hours).

- Develop ideas for favors and appropriate packaging. 

- Assist with the production of all items needed for seating at the event. 

- Assist with invitation wording.

- Coordinate Rehearsal Day and Wedding Day by managing the scheduled timeline. 

- Supervise and coordinate the breakdown and clean up by vendors upto 2 hours after the wedding ceremony concludes.
